This includes measures delivered through the Carbon Emission Reduction Target (CERT), Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP), Warm Front, Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and the Green Deal. This excludes insulation fitted to new homes. Figures are not held centrally on additional delivery through local government initiatives.</p><p> </p><p>Figures for delivery of energy efficiency measures, including insulation, under Central Government schemes are published by the Department in regular Household Energy Efficiency National Statistics reports. Table 1.2 of the June 2017 headline report shows that between January 2013 and April 2017 almost 1,738,000 individual households had energy efficiency measures installed through ECO or under the Green Deal Framework. These figures include almost 696,000 heating measures but some of those households will also have received insulation measures. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/10/2017 answer text <p>It is the responsibility of local authorities to determine eligibility for Small Business Rates Relief.</p><p>According to the latest data available for 2017-18, 659,845 rateable properties will benefit from Small Business Rate Relief. Of these, 617,845 will receive 100 per cent relief and 41,499 will receive relief tapering from 100 per cent to 0 per cent.
