None have been seconded from outside the civil service. answer text <p>The secondees to the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) since 2012, all of whom worked part-time with the OTS, came from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Grant Thornton, Deloitte, KPMG, and the University of Leicester. The secondments were all for periods of between 6 and 9 months, except for one secondee from Pricewaterhouse Coopers, who was with the OTS one day a week for two years during 2013-14 and 2014-15, and one secondee from Grant Thornton whose secondment is ongoing.</p><p> </p> more like this
