answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/07/2017 answer text <p>The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulates all UK aircraft operators to ensure they comply with relevant international safety standards including European-wide safety regulations set by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).</p><p> </p><p>Health and Safety Executive (HSE) inspectors visit offshore installations on a regular basis to inspect all aspects of health and safety, including helidecks and helideck operations. It is too early to determine the precise requirement for administering the new settlement scheme and administrative costs of this, as this is dependent on the detail of what is agreed during negotiations with the European Union. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/07/2017 answer text <p>The UK is providing lifesaving assistance to those who have fled fighting in Mosul and we will continue to do so once Mosul is liberated. We are supporting UNICEF to provide water supply facilities in 12 camps for 166,000 displaced people, about half of whom are children. We are funding UNHCR to provide cash assistance for vulnerable displaced Iraqis, allowing them to prioritise what they need most such as food or household items. The UK is also funding the International Organisation for Migration to provide healthcare for Mosul’s citizens, including upgrading four surgical and medical emergency units and supporting ten health facilities in liberated areas of Mosul.
