answer text <p>NHS England publishes monthly data on referral to treatment waiting times to report performance against the legal right that patients have to start consultant-led treatment within a maximum of 18 weeks from referral for non-urgent conditions.</p><p> </p><p>Waiting times for patients whose treatment started during the month and involved admission to hospital are described in the data as admitted pathways. Not all admissions to hospitals are for surgery. answer text <p>The table shows the latest estimates of the number and proportion of young people in England aged 16-24 by education participation and economic activity. In 2016 Quarter 4, 3,314,000 young people aged 16-24 in England were in full/part time education or other training (55.8 per cent), and 3,440,000 (57.9 per cent) were employed.</p><p> </p><p>It is important to note that individuals can be employed and in education or training, as shown in the table.
