answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/03/2017 answer text <p>We are committed to delivering long term, sustainable improvements to the children’s social care system. <em>Putting Children First: Delivering our vision for excellent children’s social care </em>(July 2016) sets out the government’s reform programme for children’s social care in England for the next five years.</p><p> </p><p>The government recognises the life changing impact domestic abuse can have on the lives of children. That is why we have expanded the Troubled Families Programme until 2020 to work with an additional 400,000 families, including those affected by domestic abuse.</p><p> </p><p>The government’s <em>Violence Against Women Strategy</em> (April 2016), stresses the importance of taking an integrated whole-family approach to addressing and stopping violence and abuse. The government has provided £2m in funding to support new models developed by Safelives and Women’s Aid to identify and support victims and their families at an earlier stage and provide effective wrap-around support.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Education is funding four grants, totalling around £900,000, from 2016 to March 2018 to Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations working on issues concerning domestic abuse. As the Government outlined in the response on 20 January 2017 those entitled to claim the exception will be able to disclose their non-consensual intercourse to a third party.</p><p>The list of third parties used for the non-consensual sex exception will include health care professionals, social workers and relevant specialist charities. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) supervises specific sectors, and investigates high risk activity, in close collaboration with other supervisors and law enforcement agencies.</p><p> </p><p>Effectiveness is best assessed in the round. The latest UK national risk assessment of money laundering and terrorist financing is published on gov.uk<sup><sup>[1]</sup></sup>. This includes support for them to return home if they wish to do so and improvements to conditions in Libyan detention centres. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has been assigned £9.8 million for their work in Greece, the Balkans and North Africa, to improve refugee status determination processes, and support local integration and assisted voluntary returns. As of July 2016 the gross monthly salary of an MEP is €8,484.05.
