The Prime Minister has been clear that she wants to protect the status of EU nationals already living and working in the UK after the UK leaves the EU, and the only circumstances in which that would not be possible is if British citizens' rights in other EU Member States were not protected in return.</p><p>The Government has provided repeated assurances on this point. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/11/2016 answer text <p>We take a zero tolerance approach to drugs in prisons and have implemented a range of initiatives in response to the use of dangerous psychoactive substances. These initiatives include: mandatory drug testing across the prison estate, introducing legislation so that anyone found in possession of psychoactive substances in prisons can face up to two years in prison, and training over 300 drug detection dogs to specifically detect psychoactive substances. We are also working with the Department of Health and other partners to improve our understanding of the risks NPS present for offenders and to provide appropriate information, guidance and support to offenders and those working with them in prison.</p><p> </p><p>The Justice Secretary has been clear that levels of violence in prisons are unacceptable and has announced a major overhaul of the prison system including 2,500 extra frontline prison officers. These extra officers and new safety measures will help us crack down on the toxic cocktail of drugs, drones and mobile phones that are in our prisons. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/11/2016 answer text <p>We operate several resettlement schemes, working closely with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to provide safe and legal routes to the UK for refugees: Gateway, Mandate, the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Resettlement scheme and the Vulnerable Children's Resettlement scheme.</p><p>We are under no obligation to consider asylum claims lodged outside UK territory and it is not appropriate to do so. Those who need international protection should claim asylum in the first safe country they reach - that is the fastest route to safety.</p><p>Those granted refugee status or humanitarian protection in the UK are able to sponsor their pre-flight family members to join them under the family reunion policy. This includes those granted humanitarian protection in the UK under one of our resettlement schemes.</p><p>The UK has played an important role in framing the global response to the challenges of large-scale movements of refugees and migrants.
