answer text <p>The Dublin Regulation deals with the transfer of asylum claims for consideration, not resettlement. Our records indicate that, from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016, the UK refused 98 ‘take charge’ requests under Dublin for a minor, generally where we were not satisfied as to the claimed family relationship with a person in the UK.</p> more like this
