answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2016 answer text <p><em>Crohn’s Disease Management in Adults, Children and Young People</em>, published by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence in October 2012, sets out best practice guidance for clinicians and commissioners in the diagnosis, treatment care and support of patients with Crohn’s disease. Each constituent part of the United Kingdom will be treated equally. The appointment of candidates to contest these new seats will be a matter for political parties.
