star this property answer text <p>The new Franchise Agreement will require that Clacton-on-Sea station is equipped with digital Customer Information System (CIS) screens, help points and CCTV cameras linked back to a central control centre. Passengers at Clacton-on-Sea will also benefit from free of charge improved network bandwidth WiFi at the station by 2018. Abellio shall undertake a refurbishment programme at Clacton-on-Sea. Whilst HM Coastguard specifically records the reported time of an incident it does not specifically record an actioned time when that action does not involve the tasking of a search and rescue resource, such as when Coastguards are gathering information.</p><p> </p><p>Information may be held within the text narrative of an incident record but this would require a check of tens of thousands of records over the last five years at disproportionate cost to the taxpayer.</p><p> </p> more like this

Of these, 39 sites contain speed cameras. There is an ongoing programme to convert all the camera sites on the motorways from grey to yellow.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>English local authorities have a wide range of powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit or restrict parking throughout the day or at specific times and by specific types of vehicles on any length of the highway, including bus stops. These powers enable local authorities to create bus stop clearways prohibiting all vehicles, other than buses, from stopping at bus stops. Over 90% of English local authorities have the power under Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 to enforce bus stop prohibitions/restrictions.</p><p> </p> more like this
