answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/02/2016 answer text <p>The Local Government Association (LGA) has published a spreadsheet containing a list of all 123 Local Transformation Plans (LTPs), the clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) they cover, and links to where the plans are published locally, where the LGA is aware of this.
