star this property answer text <p><del class="ministerial">Eleven financial penalties have been imposed on employers for aggravated breach of employment law, under section 16 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, since its introduction on 6 April 2014.</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">To date, four penalties have been paid and seven remain unpaid.
