answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/12/2015 answer text <br /><p>The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency takes non-compliance with drivers hour's regulations very seriously and deals appropriately with anyone who attempts to undermine public safety by not taking the required breaks.
