Any work undertaken on them has been necessary for the courts to function, such as essential maintenance and making the buildings suitable for disabled access. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2015 answer text <p /> <p>The majority of unaccompanied children applying for permission to remain in the UK will be seeking asylum, and are therefore able to apply for legal aid. Legal aid also remains available for immigration advice for victims of trafficking and modern slavery, including child victims.</p><p> </p><p>Applications for non-asylum immigration cases involve the provision of factual information and accompanying evidence, so lawyers are not usually required.</p><p> </p><p>Civil legal aid has been retained for the highest priority cases, where life or liberty is at stake, where there is a risk of serious physical harm, loss of home, or where children may be removed from a family. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2015 answer text <p>There are seven types of applications that can be made to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber - Residential Property). <ins class="ministerial">Two types of applications, namely leasehold disputes and leasehold enfranchisement, are types that</ins><del class="ministerial">Leasehold dispute applications and leasehold enfranchisement applications</del> relate to leasehold matters; the remaining five application types do not usually have any connection to leaseholds.</p><br /><p>Data specific to such cases relating to leasehold are not routinely published.
