answer text <p>No discussions have taken place between UK and Scottish Ministers on this specific issue. The decision on whether to make available NHS Scotland data to support the identification process for Scottish taxpayers is one for the Scottish Government. HMRC plans to use a variety of data sources to ensure that the identification is as accurate as possible; however HMRC’s process for identifying Scottish taxpayers does not rely on having access to this information.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
