The most recent discussions were with senior officials in Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council on 2 July. This highlights the urgent need for all the parties to reach an agreement that addresses the underlying causes of conflict in Gaza to restore security under the Palestinian Authority, and reduce the risk of radicalisation inside Gaza.
