answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/06/2015 answer text <p /> <p>Personal Independence Payment and Disability Living Allowance cannot be paid to the same person simultaneously.</p><p> </p><p>The Department published an analysis of the impact of the introduction of the Personal Independence Payment on Carer’s Allowance in February 2013.
