The Government provided a formal response to the report in March 2011. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/12/2014 answer text <p>The Government currently has no plans to alter the drink drive limit. We currently have tough penalties to tackle drink driving and the Government believes increased enforcement is a more effective deterrent than a change in the law. We are removing the automatic right for drivers who fail a breathalyser test to demand a blood or urine test.
