This includes fluctuations in wind and solar generation, as well as tripping of thermal and nuclear plant.</p><p>The Annual Energy Statement made by my rt. hon. Transfers under these provisions are voluntary and require an application from the prisoner.</p><p> </p><p>The numbers reported here are drawn from a Prison Service Case Tracking System.
