<p /> <p>The Legal Aid, Sentencing, and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 includes a range of important measures to reform sentencing, protect the public, tackle reoffending and reform legal aid. None of these measures impact on the Government’s ability to tackle director misconduct.</p>
