Future reports will be produced by the Department and it is expected that the report for 2014-15 will be laid before Parliament and published in July 2015.</p><p> </p><p>There has been no specific impact or risk assessment. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>The Care Leaver Strategy, published in October 2013, recognises that care leavers require support on a wide range of issues that affect their lives. It sets out the support that will be provided to all care leavers in relation to staying in education, finding accommodation, accessing benefits, experiencing good physical and mental health and finding work. [1]</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Education will publish shortly a report on the progress we have made against the commitments set out in the strategy. This builds on a significant programme of work to improve support for care leavers, which has resulted in important changes such as the development of the Care Leaver Charter and the introduction of Junior ISAs for all children in care.</p><p> </p><p>As part of our continuing work to improve care leavers’ outcomes, the Department introduced a new duty on local authorities to support ‘staying put’ arrangements and have provided funding for local authorities to support this. For the first time, this will provide for children in foster placements to receive support to remain with their foster family until age 21, where this is what both parties want.</p><p> </p><p>Similar arrangements do not currently apply to children in residential care. Further work is needed before introducing a legal duty on local authorities that would require them to extend staying put arrangements to all young people leaving residential care. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) announced on 16 October 2014 the closure of 14 of its smaller offices across the UK which do not fit the medium to long term plans of any line of business currently operating from them. This included one office in North Wales, Government Buildings, Colwyn Bay and followed consultation with staff, departmental trade unions and elected representatives.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Following the decision, 38 people in Colwyn Bay have been given priority status for vacancies at their grade both within HMRC and in other government departments.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HMRC has not invited staff in Colwyn Bay office to consider voluntary redundancy at this stage. The closure required enabling work at Prestatyn Magistrates' Court to accommodate the additional work, which has not yet been finalised. The court will not close until this work has been concluded. NHS Employers (the representative body for NHS employers) provide guidance to NHS organisations and undertake training delivered by experienced job evaluation experts. There is also nationally agreed guidance in the NHS Terms and Conditions Handbook with advice on job evaluation as part of workforce re-profiling.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>NHS organisations are responsible for ensuring that job roles meet their obligations under Equal Pay legislation which require that staff should receive equal pay for work of equal value. In these cases, the Job Evaluation Scheme is designed to ensure organisations deliver similar outcomes provided similar jobs are being compared.
