	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/11/2014 answer text <p>As of 12 November, the UK has conducted 16 strikes in Iraq from Tornado and Reaper aircraft using Paveway IV bombs and Hellfire and Brimstone missiles against a range of targets including vehicles, troop positions, heavy weapons and facilities. Assessments of these strikes have shown that they hit and destroyed their targets successfully. An accurate count of ISIL casualties cannot always be made in this type of environment. All air strikes are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Engagement and international humanitarian law. Careful selection, approval and close observation of targets prior to a strike and the use of precision guided munitions minimises collateral damage and the potential for civilian casualties. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2014 answer text <p>In January 2011, the Defence Support Group (DSG) commissioned a study on behalf of the Ministry of Defence through their existing facilities' management provider, Babcock, to assess the maintenance work required to enable the DSG to safely undertake vehicle and equipment operation from specified buildings on the site at Ashchurch until 2016. The study, submitted in February 2011, estimated that the cost 'to make safe' the site for the five year period would be £2.863 million excluding VAT. I am, however, withholding a number of project titles for the purpose of safeguarding national security, and that their release would, or would be likely to prejudice the capability, effectiveness or security of the Armed Forces.</p><p>Category A, B and C Equipment Projects are defined as those valued in excess of £400 million; between £100 and £400 million; and between £20 and £100 million respectively. The tables contain only those projects at the post Initial Gate/pre-In-Service Date stage.</p><p>Infrastructure projects categories A and C are defined as those valued in excess of £100 million; and between £10 and £100 million respectively. These are the Terrorist Asset Freezing etc. Act (2010) (“TAFA”) regime which implements the terrorist asset freezing requirements of UN Security Council Resolution 1373, and EU Common Position 931; and the EU Al Qaida Sanctions Regime, given effect by Council Regulation 881/2002, which in turn implements the UN Security Council Resolution covering Al-Qaida-related terrorism, UNSRC 1267<strong>. </strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>On the consolidated list there are 248 individuals and 71 entities under the Al Qaida regime which include ISIL-related listings. The narrative summaries of the reasons for listing for the ISIL-related individuals on the Al Qaida list are publically available from the UN website.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Terrorism and Terrorist Financing section of the Treasury’s Consolidated List lists individuals and entities designated under TAFA. It does not include the reasons that persons have been designated.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>There have recently been two UN Security Council Resolutions promulgated which both focus specifically on ISIL, Al-Nusra Front and similar groups active in Syria and Iraq. In addition, it obtains the data in the interests of public safety and to prevent the escape of lawfully detained persons from the immigration detention estate.<br><br>The figures for 2000 to 2008 represent the total number of communications data applications per year, rather than those that were <br>approved, resulting in requests for communications data being made. Some of these applications were ultimately withdrawn, rejected by the designated person or cancelled before the data was acquired from the service provider. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>The Home Office is responsible for the legislative framework for the sex offender notification requirements, and the list of qualifying offences is kept under review.<br><br>Convicted stalkers are already captured on the Police National Computer. The Home Secretary has established a National Oversight Group to ensure recommendations from HMIC’s Review into domestic abuse are acted upon. This includes work to improve data collection and data sharing on serial abusers. In addition, the Home Office consultation on strengthening the law on domestic abuse closed on 15 October.
