answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/01/2017 answer text <p>The Government believes that local authorities can achieve greater impact when working together, especially when working over wider areas to achieve economic growth. For this reason, the Government wants to continue to encourage and reward pooling under the 100% business rates retention system.
