Our Ambassador raised our concerns with the Foreign Minister on 22 August and the Defence Minister on 29 August. President Mnangagwa must hold those responsible for human rights violations to account. It is a useful tool which will help front-line services better understand and recognise instances of antisemitism. However, HEPs are autonomous organisations who are independent from the government. Each individual provider will decide if, and how they wish to implement the IHRA definition.
