answer text <p>The NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) issues penalty charge notices (PCNs) for incorrect claims for exemption from National Health Service dental and prescription charges.</p><p>To ensure the integrity of the exemption system the NHS BSA has recently increased the number of checks. In 2016/17, 365,181 PCNs for dental charges and 975,065 for prescription charges were issued. This represents an increase of 90.11% and 90.23%, respectively, on 2015/16. There is a clear process for patients to appeal a PCN if they believe it is unjustified.</p><p> </p> more like this

This information is provided in Third Energy’s Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Plan, a requirement of both the Environment Agency’s permit and North Yorkshire County Council planning permission conditions. answer text <p>To provide specific support for pupils with allergies, the Department of Health recently released new guidance on the use of adrenaline auto-injectors (AAIs) in schools. This follows the publication of the Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2017, which allows schools to hold spare AAIs, without a prescription, for use in emergencies. The revised regulations came into effect on 1 October 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Schools are not required to hold AAIs. It is a discretionary change enabling schools to do so if they wish. Any AAIs held by a school should be considered a spare device and not a replacement for a pupil’s own AAI. The government has not made a recent assessment of the level of availability of AAIs in schools.</p> more like this

The Department is carefully considering the application submitted for Third Energy’s KM8 well in Ryedale and will respond appropriately in due course.</p><p> </p><p>Yesterday, my Rt Hon Friend the Secretary of State issued a Direction to the Oil and Gas Authority which will impact on the existing application submitted by Third Energy and certain other applications by operators seeking to carry out hydraulic fracturing in future.
