<p>Over the summer Ministers and Officials held discussions with a wide range of stakeholders and interested parties, including HEIs, NUS, UUK, disability groups, on the proposed changes. We continue to have discussions with many of these groups about the implementation of the changes announced on 12 September.</p><p> </p>
