Members or crimes as the information will be spread across the 45 UK police forces.</p><p>The police Parliamentary Liaison and Investigation Team (PLaIT) is a specialist unit based at Westminster that investigate crimes and incidents that take place on the Parliamentary Estate. Since April 2017 they have collated the following figures:</p><p>April 2017–March 2018: 152<br>April 2018–March 2019: 353<br>April 2019–May 2019: 43</p><p>The figures are reported crimes to PLaIT with relevance to threats, abuse or intimidation towards MPs and their offices only. It does not include other work that PLaIT investigates. The Open Doors pilot tests a new way to address this challenge by matching landlords of empty commercial properties across England with community groups looking for space; whilst the pilot register for empty commercial properties will improve the transparency of ownership on the high street, making it easier to bring empty shops into use. This includes people over 65, pregnant women, and those in clinical risk groups. In addition, the vaccine is offered to carers, and frontline health and social care workers, who work with vulnerable groups.</p><p>A key objective of the children’s programme is to reduce transmission of flu to the general population and those at risk, in addition to providing individual protection. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/10/2019 answer text <p>Millions of people gamble as a leisure pursuit without suffering harm but in recognition of the risk that gambling can carry, the sector is strongly regulated. The Gambling Commission has broad and flexible powers to set licence conditions and take action where there is evidence of harm.</p><p> </p><p>In May 2018 the government published the response to the consultation on Proposals for Changes to Gaming Machines and Social Responsibility Measures and as a result the maximum stake on B2 machines was cut from £100 to £2 in April this year. In addition, the Gambling Commission has tightened identity and age verification controls online and introduced tougher sanctions for breaches of advertising codes, and is currently consulting on whether gambling with credit cards online should be restricted or banned. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/10/2019 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) commissions HIV Prevention England programme and one of its objectives is to increase HIV testing to reduce undiagnosed infection and late diagnoses. PHE, in partnership with local authorities commissions the National HIV Self-Sampling Service providing an online HIV testing service. Since 2015 nearly 90,000 people have used the service.</p><p>PHE published key messages for healthcare professionals in the 2018 HIV in the United Kingdom report outlining measures to increase HIV testing and reduce undiagnosed infection, these complement other national guidelines.
