Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, and is attended by Secretaries of State and Ministers from a wide range of Government departments, and other Government departments when required.</p><p> </p><p>We are planning to hold the next meeting at the end of April. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2019 answer text <p>NHS England is responsible for decisions on the weighted capitation formula used to allocate resources between clinical commissioning groups (CCGs). This process is independent of Government. NHS England take advice from the Advisory Committee on Resource Allocation, a group of academics and other experts.</p><p> </p><p>Over the next five years, NHS England will use the health inequalities adjustments to the national funding formula to target additional funds at areas with high health inequalities. In exchange, those CCGs in receipt of additional health inequalities funding – and the sustainability and transformation partnerships and integrated care systems of which they are a part – will for the first time be required to set out transparently how this extra funding is being targeted to improve equity of access and outcomes for inclusion health groups and underserved communities. Work is underway with partners to take this forward. The PrEP Oversight Board has requested information on local capacity to make the additional places available, and will review this later in February. The Secretary of State also announced the Government’s commitment to ending new HIV transmissions in England by 2030. To support this work, an expert group will be established to develop an action plan over the course of this year.
