answer text <p>The conditions imposed on the construction of the Chiltern Tunnel are within the relevant consents that have been issued by the Environment Agency. The consent for the construction of the tunnel (HS2/P10191) will be deposited in the Library of the House. The related consents for water discharge (EPR-QB3092NR) and waste treatment (FB3709KP) at the Chilterns Tunnel South Portal are held on the public register.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The government holds regular discussions with Network Rail to discuss a wide range of topics, including the asset disposal programme. This programme is ongoing and the detail of any future sales are commercially sensitive.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury is engaged in these asset sales discussions, working through the Department for Transport, who manage the relationship between Network Rail and central government alongside UK Government Investments. Specifically, HM Treasury is represented on a Network Rail chaired meeting where potential sales of assets are discussed and where its input can be sought.</p> more like this

answer text <p> </p><p>The Green Investment Bank has provided finance to five offshore wind farm projects. Estimated information about the number of jobs supported by these is provided to the Bank by the operators. Complete data is not currently available as one operator has yet to report.
