The consent for the construction of the tunnel (HS2/P10191) will be deposited in the Library of the House. This programme is ongoing and the detail of any future sales are commercially sensitive.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury is engaged in these asset sales discussions, working through the Department for Transport, who manage the relationship between Network Rail and central government alongside UK Government Investments. Estimated information about the number of jobs supported by these is provided to the Bank by the operators. Complete data is not currently available as one operator has yet to report.
