Fares set by TransPennine Express have not changed since January 2014.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>There have been no recent changes to the Northern Rail fleet.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>From 8 September, Northern introduced an evening peak period for the main cities during which off-peak tickets cannot be used. This will have no impact for season ticket holders. Energy suppliers are undertaking site surveys and analysing installations completed during the current Foundation stage of the Programme to determine the most effective solutions to reach all premises. This provides manufacturers with a stable baseline to proceed with development and testing of SMETS2 meters in time for initial DCC operations in Q4 2015.</p><p>Meters compliant with SMETS1 are currently being installed. SMETS1 installations will continue at least until SMETS2 meters are available. Ofgem is responsible for ensuring compliance with this obligation and monitor suppliers to ensure that they abide by their licence conditions. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2014 answer text <p>Energy suppliers are required to install meters compliant with the Smart Metering Equipment Technical Specifications (SMETS) in domestic and smaller non-domestic sites by the end of 2020. Meters compliant with either SMETS 1 or SMETS 2 standards will not need to be replaced by the end of 2020. As the SMETS 2 standard is not yet in force no installed smart meters currently meet it.</p><p>Each energy supplier reports the number of smart meters it has installed and is operating to DECC and includes both meters that are SMETS compliant, and those they expect to upgrade to become SMETS compliant. The Department publishes Industry Aggregate statistics:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-of-energy-climate-change/series/smart-meters-statistics" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-of-energy-climate-change/series/smart-meters-statistics</a>.</p><p>Suppliers have indicated that most of the smart meters they have already installed will need to receive software updates before they are fully SMETS compliant. Micro-CHP, up to 2kW, is currently supported through the Feed-In Tariffs. Fuel cell technology, which has the potential to deliver increased power generation, should be well placed to benefit from that scheme.
