<p>There has been no estimate made of the unpaid overtime worked by staff. To calculate the actual amount claimed as overtime across the service would mean requesting our contracted Shared Service provider to interrogate the SOP payroll/accounting system for payments made in every establishment and HQ building under the overtime cost code, which can only be obtained at a disproportionate cost.</p>
