Bullying or harassment is not tolerated at BEIS. BEIS is taking active steps where needed to address any issues, and is one of the best performing departments in government with regards to creating an inclusive culture, as highlighted by the cross-civil service people survey results.</p><p>Below are the figures for the number of bullying and/or harassment cases recorded against members of BEIS staff where advice and guidance was sought from our HR Casework Services team. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>The department does not hold a record centrally of employees who have had bullying or harassment claims raised against them, and therefore we are unable to determine how many cases of bullying/harassment have been raised specifically against managers.</p><p> </p><p>The total number of formal bullying and harassment complaints made over the past 5 years is listed in the table below.
