answer text <p>The Government has more than trebled annual funding of minimum wage enforcement since 2014, providing a total budget of £25.3m in 2017-18. As at 1 April 2017, there were 399 staff in post in HMRC’s NMW teams. HMRC are 90% staffed against current recruitment plans for the year.</p><p> </p><p>For the previous 5 years NMW staff figures I refer the honourable member to UIN 58599 and UIN 16938.</p> more like this
