They identify these decisions as priority work and endeavour to input the revised decision into our system and pay any benefit due as soon as possible. For JSA our aim is to clear 90% of changes in 6 days. The latest figures from 2011-12 show that 2.3 million children (17%) are in relative income poverty-down 300,000 since 2009-10. These are the lowest levels since the mid-1980s. However, there does exist some misunderstanding about what H&amp;S legislation actually requires.</p><p> </p><p>Partly in response to this, the Health and Safety Executive's Myth Busters Challenge Panel allows the public to challenge decisions and policies ascribed to health and safety if they believe them to be incorrect.</p><p>To date the Panel has considered over 270 cases.
