<p /> <p>The number of people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities in employment increased by approximately 20% during the last Parliament. The Prime Minister has made a commitment to repeat that achievement in the next Parliament – a further increase of 20% in BME employment – as part of his “2020 vision” for BME communities.</p>
