answer text <p>The department continues to have regular meetings with the Tribunals Service where all aspects of the appeals process, including feedback, are discussed. In this regard, and although they are still developing into the role, the feedback from the Presenting Officers in PIP and ESA appeals, referred to in my previous reply, is proving informative.</p> more like this
