answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/09/2015 answer text <p>Network Rail identified possible schemes for upgrading the line between Exeter and Salisbury in its Wessex and Western Route Studies, published in August 2015.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Schemes included the creation of additional double track sections, in order to improve journey times and route capacity. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/01/2015 answer text <p>Gibraltar continues to be included in the scope of existing Single European Sky II (SESII) legislation, as it should be under the Treaties of the European Union.　 At the Transport Council on 5 December, the Government took a very firm position making it clear to the European Commission and Italian Presidency that Spain’s attempts to exclude Gibraltar airport from the proposed Single European Sky Two+ proposals were unacceptable to the UK and the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport, Robert Goodwill walked out of Council to protest this approach.　 The Government will continue to oppose Spain’s attempts to exclude Gibraltar airport from future aviation legislation.</p> answering member printed Baroness Kramer question first answered 15/01/2015 12:20:40 answering member 1557 label Biography information for Baroness Kramer

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/12/2014 answer text <p>The local highway network within the Somerset Levels and Moors is the responsibility of Somerset County Council as local highway authority. No assessment of the number of roads which may require raising has been undertaken by the Department for Transport.</p><p> </p><p>The Somerset Levels and Moors Action Plan, published in March 2014, drawn up by local partners in the area, including local councils, Members of Parliament, businesses and local residents, recommended a number of initiatives to ensure better protection against floods within the Levels and Moors in the future.</p><p> </p><p>In recognition of the Action Plan, the Department for Transport allocated £10 million to Somerset County Council to help fund the installation of culverts at Beer Wall and raising a section of road between Muchelney and Drayton.
