We are currently analysing the Strategic Outline Business Case, submitted by Transport for London, to ensure it is a robust investment with a fair and credible funding plan. This sits alongside the work we have recently agreed with the Mayor of London to examine ways to improve affordability ahead of this autumn’s Budget.
