answer text <p>Counter-terrorism legislation already provides for offences of expressing support for a proscribed organisation, publishing images in such a way as to arouse reasonable suspicion that the person is a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation, and encouragement of terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications.</p><p> </p><p>Northern Ireland Office officials have worked with the Home Office on the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill currently before Parliament which, among other things, will make it possible to prosecute individuals if they are reckless as to whether their statements will encourage others to support terrorist organisations.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government has agreed a detailed proposal for a UK-EU free trade area which will establish a common rule book for industrial goods and agricultural products and maintain high standards in these areas.</p><p> </p><p>This proposal will protect jobs and livelihoods and ensure that both sides meet their commitments to Northern Ireland and Ireland through the overall future relationship, whilst retaining the constitutional integrity of the United Kingdom and respecting the result of the referendum. Further details are set out in the White Paper.</p><p> </p><p>We are confident that this proposal will work for the UK and the EU and look forward to productive discussions.
