answer text <p>No juvenile offenders have been sentenced to immediate custody under section 141A of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 in England and Wales since its implementation. Data for 2004 to 2014 is available in the Criminal Justice Statistics outcome by offence data tool available at the below link;</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/criminal-justice-system-statistics-quarterly-december-2014" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/criminal-justice-system-statistics-quarterly-december-2014</a></p><p> </p><p>No juveniles were convicted before 2006. answer text <p>The Government’s sympathies are with the victims and friends and families of those who lost their lives and were injured in this terrible attack.</p><p> </p><p>Decisions on funding individual cases are taken independently by the Legal Aid Agency. The decision not to provide legal aid funding for this claim for damages was made as it does not meet the criteria set by Parliament. Ministers are prevented by law from intervening in the individual decisions of the Legal Aid Agency.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The MedCo IT portal became operational in April 2015, its purpose being to enhance the independence and standards of medical reporting in respect of whiplash claims.</p><p>As of 14 March 2016, 503,000 searches resulting in the selection of a Medical Reporting Organisation or an individual medical expert have been made on the MedCo system. These searches have been by authorised users of the system, usually solicitors acting for prospective claimants in whiplash cases. Management information related to these searches is regularly scrutinised by MedCo to identify potential issues.</p><p>The impact of the new MedCo system is currently under review and a report detailing the outcomes of this review will be published by the Ministry of Justice in due course.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Security guarding within the Ministry of Justice is typically undertaken by outsourced providers. Where this is the case, rates of pay are determined by their respective employers and not held by the Ministry of Justice. All employers are obligated to pay at least the National Minimum Wage and the new National Living Wage from April 2016.</p><p> </p><p>The Ministry of Justice directly employ security guards at the Royal Courts of Justice. The average hourly rate for guards is £13.73 with averages ranging from between £13.47 - £16.71 per hour. The rate of pay varies with grade. These rates are inclusive of ERNIC and ASLC contributions. Overtime and miscellaneous allowances are in addition to the above rates.</p> more like this
