<p>Lambeth County Court was occupied by HM Courts and Tribunals Service on a leasehold basis. The figure provided in the Answer to Question 272804 showed the negotiated receipt for the early exit of the leasehold arrangement. The disposal value was market tested through an open market campaign, a site valuation report was not conducted.</p>
