<p>As at 30 June 2018, 9,066 Foreign National Offenders were held in prisons in England and Wales and the HM Prison and Probation Service run Immigration Removal Centre. Of these, 3,905 were from other Member States of the European Union (EU). The remaining 5,161 were from non-EU countries.</p>
