answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice is defending an application for permission in judicial review by the owners of a proposed crematorium, challenging our decision not to appoint a medical referee to the crematorium while it remains in breach of the provisions of section 5 of the Cremation Act 1902. It would be inappropriate for Ministers to comment on issues relating to this matter during the course of litigation.</p> more like this
