The UK continues to urge the Palestinian leadership to uphold this principle. This represents 60% of the world’s children. The 2016 WHO World Malaria Report showed that, while there is continued progress on reducing malaria cases and deaths, this needs to accelerate to meet the global milestone set for 2020.
