No non-core funding was provided in this period. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2018 answer text <p>The UK has been at the forefront of the humanitarian response in Yemen, helping secure vital access for food, fuel and medicine to enter the country and consistently being one of the largest donors to the crisis.</p><p>On 3 April, the UK announced an additional £170 million in response to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen for this financial year (2018/2019). UK financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority helps to enable around 185,000 medical consultations annually.</p><p><em> </em></p><p>The UK is also a long-term supporter of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which provides basic services, including basic healthcare, to over 800,000 Palestinian refugees in the West Bank, including in East Jerusalem.
