answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/10/2019 answer text <p>The National Planning Policy Framework makes clear that when setting parking standards for residential and non residential developments local authorities will need to take into account the need to ensure an adequate provision of spaces for charging plug-in and other ultra-low emission vehicles. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/10/2019 answer text <p>The Department’s data collection exercise is aimed at enabling the government to build a picture of external wall systems in use on high rise residential buildings. This exercise will collect data on residential buildings 18 metres and over covering private and social buildings, student accommodation and hotels.
