answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>As advised in my answer to Question 198741, the government publishes the threshold which would need to be crossed in order for a written question to be responded to with a disproportionate cost response.</p><p>This is currently set at £850. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2015 answer text <p>The UK already complies with the vast majority of the articles to the convention including the criminalisation of forced marriage which was one of the pre-requisites of ratification as required by Article 37. Primary legislation will be needed to comply with the remaining extra-territorial jurisdiction provisions in Article 44 of the Convention before it can be ratified.
