It would therefore be inappropriate to disclose the status of negotiations as they occur, or the parties involved.</p><p>We remain committed to expanding our YMS offer to more nations, including, but not limited to, those within the EU. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/05/2024 answer text <p>The UK notes the publication by the European Commission on 18 April 2024 setting out a proposal to EU Member States and seeking their agreement to negotiate a UK/EU wide Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS).
