answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/09/2020 answer text <p>For those taking short trips to the UK, it is UK’s intention EU, EEA and Swiss citizens will not be required to obtain a visa and will be able to visit under, our standard visitor rules for non-visa nationals, for up to 180 days. Those coming to live and work in the UK will be subject to the arrangements in the new Points Based Immigration System.</p><p>The EU has already legislated UK nationals will not need a visa when travelling to the Schengen area for short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. This House Committee does not constitute a statutory safety committee as set out in Regulation 9 Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regs /Section 2(7) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This is in line with the fact that health &amp; safety matters within each department’s area of occupancy are a delegated responsibility for the respective department. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/09/2020 answer text <p>The Single Competent Authority (SCA) operates the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) which is a civil process for the identification and support of victims of modern slavery.</p><p>The SCA does not collect data on the number of prosecutions related to people being recognised as a victim of modern slavery through the NRM.
