answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>In 2017, there was a historic low of working days lost due to musculoskeletal disorders (MSK) related sickness absence. However, MSK disorders remain the second largest reason for working days lost due to sickness absence – second only to minor illnesses (like colds and flu)<sup>1</sup>.</p><p> </p><p>This is why in ‘Improving Lives, the Future of Work, Health and Disability’<sup>2</sup> this Government committed itself to ensuring that individuals suffering from MSK disorders get higher-quality, more joined up support - in the workplace and across the health and welfare systems.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s own strategy, includes research to build our understanding of existing MSK provision and piloting new models of service provision. The intention is to build our understanding of ‘what works’ to improve employment outcomes for individuals with MSK disorders, in order to inform future action.</p><p> </p><p>The Government expects National Health Service leaders, clinicians and experts to develop the long-term plan to ensure that the NHS can cope with the serious demand and cost pressures it faces in the future. Local authorities are best placed to understand and meet the public health needs of their local communities. While councils have had to make savings, they have also shown that good results can be achieved at the same time.</p><p> </p><p>The total number of attendances at sexual health services nationally increased 13% between 2013 and 2017 (from 2,940,779 to 3,323,275). To help manage the overall increase in demand, local authorities have been utilising technology to manage lower risk and asymptomatic patients. Free, confidential online services which are convenient for patients are increasingly being commissioned. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The United Kingdom formally signed the Council of Europe Convention on Organ Trafficking on 25 March 2015 and has legislation in place to ensure consent is always provided to prevent organ trafficking. The Government also supports the 2008 Declaration of Istanbul on Organ Trafficking and Transplant Tourism, which encourages all countries to draw up legal and professional frameworks to govern organ donation and transplantation activities.</p><p> </p><p>When the UK signed the convention, it did so on the basis that it reserved the right not to apply the jurisdiction rules laid down in paragraph 1.d and e of Article 10 of the convention.
