The Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of all providers – both National Health Service and independent sector - will vary over time and between the CQC’s visits. There is a clear process to be followed should a provider receive an inadequate rating to understand the reasons for that rating and the impact on patient care in that unit. This review will inform any required commissioner action.</p> more like this
